Privacy policy

Why this privacy policy?

This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website (hereinafter also referred to as "you") about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator, INTRASOFT AG (hereinafter also referred to as INTRASOFT or "we"). We therefore also inform you here about the rights to which you are entitled with regard to data processing.

We take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. In particular, we comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as DSGVO). Since new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read through this data protection declaration again at regular intervals.

The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. An exception is your IP address, which - for technical reasons - must be processed during your visit to the website in order to be able to display this website at all.

What is personal data?

Personal data is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable person - for example, your name, your telephone number, your e-mail or postal address, but also usage data such as your IP address or data transmitted to us via forms. We only collect, use and disclose your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of the data. Further definitions of the terms used here (e.g. "personal data", "pseudonymization" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 of the GDPR.

Collection of access data by the hosting provider (access logs)

The server of this website is operated by the company cyon GmbH (hereinafter referred to as hosting provider). The following data is recorded by the hosting provider per website visit in so-called access logs (files with access logs):

The hosting provider stores this data primarily for legally binding reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. This data in the access logs is not evaluated by us. The data of the previous month is deleted at the end of each month.

Recording of user behaviour

In order to make our offer more user-friendly and effective, we collect data about accesses to this website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store them on the server of this website with the help of the web analytics service Matamo in its own database, independently of the access logs mentioned above. If you have generally activated cookies in your browser, this website uses cookies for the pseudonymised analysis of user behaviour. These cookies are transferred to the user's browser either by our server or the server of a third party.

What are cookies?

Cookies are very small data units that are stored by your browser on your end device and do not cause any damage. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them manually. The latter enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. Furthermore, the web analytics service we use, Matomo, also uses cookies. Please also read the following sections for further details.

We distinguish between

  1. Cookies for the purpose of optimal functioning
  2. Cookies for the purpose of recording user behaviour

When you access this website for the first time, you will receive a notice in the footer ("cookie notice") that we use cookies, in particular to record user behaviour. If you close the notice by pressing the button, a cookie called accept-cookie-usage will be set so that you will no longer receive the notice on further visits to the website. In any case, by accessing this website you implicitly agree to the use of cookies. With the cookie notice, we also inform you that you can explicitly prevent the recording of your user behaviour (so-called opt-out option). This is possible by deactivating the checkbox further down on this page.

We would also like to point out at this point that common browsers also offer the setting option to generally not allow cookies from certain domains. However, please also note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you generally deactivate cookies for this website.

What is Matomo?

On this website, data is collected, stored in a database and evaluated using the web analytics service software Matomo on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation and marketing purposes. The data in the pseudonymous user profile linked to the corresponding Matamo cookie will not be used to personally identify you as a visitor to this website. The data collected in this way will also not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

By accessing pages of this website, you agree to the storage and analysis of this data from your visit. We do record your usage behaviour, but by making the data anonymous, no conclusions can be drawn about you personally. We take the following measures in any case:

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of content, such as when using forms. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from http to https and typically displays a green lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Your rights as a user

As a user of this website, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and to have processing of your personal data restricted or deleted. If applicable, you may also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been unlawfully processed by us, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

Deletion of data

Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right of objection

Users of this website can exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. If you wish to correct, block, delete or obtain information about the personal data stored about you or have questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data or wish to revoke consents granted, please contact the following email address: info@pqforce.com
